Andarrio Johnson is the owner & founder of A.M.J. Catering. A.M.J. Catering was established in May 2004 in Columbia, South Carolina. Andarrio Johnson is a South Carolina native, born & raised in Hilton Head Island. As a Johnson & Wales University graduate from a prestigious hospitality and culinary institution, Chef Andarrio specializes in Southern and French cuisines.
